Vacuum and shake off dirt: There are two ways to remove dust from draperies – for heavy fabrics such as wool, you can vacuum the dust off the curtain. For more delicate fabrics such as sheer, velvet and polyester, shake them well, so the dust can fall and settle around the room, then vacuum the surroundings and wipe the dirty furniture.
Brush away lint: Certain fabrics can collect lint and pet hair. Use a vacuum, lint roller or brush to remove lint and pet hair.

Clean the window: Clean your windows regularly to protect your curtains from the transfer of dirt and dust from the window to the curtain. Avoid spraying cleaning products on the windows directly, because these cleaning products may collect dust on the curtain. Instead, spray your cleaning products onto a cloth and then apply the cloth directly to the window.
Air out: It’s important to let your curtains breathe. Exposing them to fresh air will prevent mould growth and smell.

Note that if you maintain your curtain, and there areno accidents, you will not need to dry clean your curtain.

Warranty

Acoustic Blinds and Curtains warrants all of their products shall be free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal and proper use for a period of 3 years.

Acoustic Blinds and Curtains will repair any materials or equipment which are determined to be defective upon Acoustic Blinds and Curtains examination. Acoustic Blinds and Curtains must be notified of any defect in writing within 3 years of installation.

Acoustic Blinds and Curtains is not liable for loss or damage of the product.

Acoustic Blinds and Curtains warranty is void if the product is resold.

Exclusions to Warranty

This warranty does not apply if the following is breached in any way.

1. Damage where a system has been dismantled or repaired by other parties with clear evidence of abuse or violation.
2. Mechanical or chemical damages caused by other parties or other causes.
3. Damage caused by storms, extreme winds, tempest and/or vandalism.
4. Damage or malfunctioning, caused by incorrect or inappropriate electrical wiring of connections by other parties.
5. Where the blinds and/or curtains were used to perform a function other than those for which they were designed and recommended.
6. Damage created by obvious failure to regularly inspect and maintain.
7. Where any component other than Acoustic Blinds and Curtains component has been used, unless otherwise approved by Acoustic Blinds and Curtains in writing.
8. Costs relating to incorrect measuring and/or installation not undertaken directly by Acoustic Blinds and Curtains.

No Exchange or Refund

Because all of our blinds and curtains are made just for you – we are unable to offer a refund or exchange unless the product has a manufacturing defect.
